Barre Tender Pilates Studio 🍑
Everything you require under the one roof. With 10 different styles of classes and the 3 disciplines of Pilates, Reformer and Barre our studio is well equipped for everyone! Explore our Barre, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates , Hybrid and Melt (hot heated) classes. With our 3 diciplines and 10 class styles there is a class perfectly suitable for you. Modifications are given in all class styles, so all fitness levels are welcome!!!!
Class Styles!
Reformer Pilates - a strong workout from beginning to end, using spring options on a reformer machine to challenge and grow your fitness ability. Targeted exercises to build muscle , endurance, balance, mobility and strength
Reformer Jump class - a more athletic cardio style class incorporating the jump board, elevating your heart rate while stregthening and toning the whole body.
Reformer with the trainer - Workout with the trainer on the reformer bed and learn some more advanced exercises. Intermediate
Gentle Reformer- perfect if your beginning your pilates journey, or have injuries that require substantial modifications.
Mat Pilates - starting on the yoga mat and using a variety of props to tone the whole body. Mat pilates uses all the principals of pilates to lengthen and strengthen your body. Its a challenge, you'll feel muscles you've never felt before.
Barre/ Mat - a dynamic full body workout. Designed to sculpt and lengthen your body. It will keep you on your toes with sequenced choreography before bringing you down to the mat and combining props like bands, balls, weights and sliders to optimise your workout even further. Feel the burn 🔥
Barre / mat mobility - perfect if your just starting out, have not exercised for a while, need to work on your mobility, are older or have existing injuries or health issues
HYBRID - get ready! Using a variety of props, this is a heart starter. The Trifecta of reformer, mat and barre all rolled into one strong demanding workout. You'll move between the Barre, the Mat and the Reformer and work through all different body parts. Full body burn
MELT - We like to keep this as bit of a surprise, what we can tell you is the room is heated between 30 - 36 degrees Celsius. Hot classes assist caloric burn, build flexibility and make you sweat.
